The SAP provides a solution for it and has developed Human Capital Management (SAP HCM). SAP HCM is among the main modules in SAP that plays a vital role in developing and managing proper management of the organization.

There are various sub-models in SAP HCM for different processes.

·         Personnel Administration
·         E-Recruitment
·         Time Management
·         Payroll
·         ESS and MSS
·         Reporting

Adaptive Learning – Future of e-learning industry

Adaptive learning is a revolution in the field of education. This system uses computer algorithms to customize learning resources as per requirement of the learner. This system of e-learning is very useful not only for students but also for professionals. The genesis of this system is based on the fact that customized learning was not possible on a large-scale basis. Well adaptive learning breaks all the traditional dilemmas and provides a solution which is quite scalable.    This technology of learning has its origin since the AI movement but gained momentum in mid 1970’s. The system hence delivers custom learning capabilities that address the distinctive needs of an individual through just-in-time feedback, pathways, and resources in place of generalized experiences.   Imagine a tutor, like one in this picture helping the student understand a concept. Here, the tutor adapts according to the understanding level of the students and modifies the approach. Now, as the
